"Compared with traditional extraction methods, this enzymatic hydrolysis technology not only improves the purification efficiency but also maximally retains the beneficial components for health in deer bones, such as calcium, phosphorus and other minerals, as well as various amino acids and trace elements, with an absorption rate of over 90%," Wu Yulong explained.
