
The third China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo was held under the theme "Linking the World for a Shared Future" at the China International Exhibition Center, Beijing, on 16 July. The event opening ceremony gathered nearly 1,100 people representing different economic sectors and government officials from China and foreign countries, including diplomatic corps members accredited in China.
As a world-famous first national-level supply chain-focused expo, the event was developed by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). It presents the "Six Chains and One Zone" concept both distributionally and strategically, featuring six key industrial chains, i.e., the Advanced Manufacturing Chain, Clean Energy Chain, Smart Vehicle Chain, Digital Technology Chain, Healthy Life Chain, and Green Agriculture Chain, together with the Supply Chain Service Zone. The Guest Province of the Third Expo, Shandong actively utilizing its industries in the areas of advanced manufacturing, digital technology and clean energy, took up such activities as the Shandong, China - Thailand Themed Event cum International Supply Chain Cooperation Promotion and Negotiation Conference, guest province - themed exhibition area, and the "Six Chains and One Zone" which are indicative of a new immersive and interactive experience for attendees.

Wang Xiufeng, Vice Mayor of Dongying City, led a delegation from Dongying to the Shandong, China - Thailand Themed Event cum International Supply Chain Cooperation Promotion and Negotiation Conference, and also visited the 3rd China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo.
Tianzhong Kangyuan Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. exhibited at the event with an individual booth in the Healthy Life Chain Exhibition Area. The company showcased the ecology, application scenarios, and the products of their industrial chain, which encompasses health food, nutritional food, Chinese herbal medicine products, and special nutritional products for athletes and pregnant women.
The Dongying Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) has been a key player in the development of relationships between Dongying enterprises and international bodies, foreign chambers of commerce and associations, as well as upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain. The Council has been working towards the consolidation of the industrial chains into clusters, the creation of "hand-in-hand" partnerships based on complementary advantages, and the facilitation of matching negotiations to explore cooperation opportunities.
